Jessy Johnson is a Certified Career Analyst and Certified Executive Life Coach. She has completed Masters in Personnel Management from Symbiosis Institute of Business Management. She has both corporate and teaching experience of more than twenty-five years in HRD, Soft skills, Management education, Child Development and social service focused on developing the potential of children, youth, women and professionals in becoming good guardians of society.  

Some of the organizations that she has worked with include P&O Nedlloyd, Scala Mindworks Pvt. Ltd and ICFAI. 

During her tenure with management institutions, she has been able to assist students to recognize their immense potential and be able to use it for their good and the good of society.

She has also guided students to overcome setbacks and other weaknesses that are impediments to their development.

Carried out Campus to Corporate grooming workshops in communication skills, personality development and meeting corporate expectations. 

Her contribution in HRM has been in conceptualization and implementation of training strategy for the company, Introduction of learning and development initiatives for succession planning and recruitment across all levels of management in line with business requirements.

She has also conducted Character Building workshops for young children.
